Reviews and Ratings
The Royal Palms offers a beautiful and intimate getaway with exceptional service, welcoming touches, and a serene atmosphere. However, the accommodations left something to be desired with their dated decor and lack of certain amenities. The dining options are delightful but a bit limited in variety. Overall, it's a fantastic choice if you're looking for a cozy retreat with a personal touch.
My stay at Royal Palms was enchanting with its historic charm and beautiful grounds. The intimate ambiance was perfect for a romantic getaway. Although I appreciated the cozy romantic settings and lovely decor, the service felt a bit lacking at times due to understaffing. The food could definitely use some improvement as it didn't quite match the luxurious experience I was hoping for.
Our stay at the Royal Palms was nothing short of magical! The beautifully landscaped grounds created a picturesque backdrop for our getaway, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The villas we stayed in felt like a luxurious retreat, but some of the other rooms appeared a bit dated and could use some modernization. Overall, this place is truly a hidden gem that I can't wait to revisit.
Our long weekend at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we checked in, greeted with a warm smile and a touch of elegance, to the cozy ambiance of our casita, it was truly a wonderful escape. The exquisite dining at T. Cook's left us wanting to try every dish on the menu, but the only downside was the small pool area which could get busy. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a romantic getaway filled with relaxation and indulgence.
We had mixed feelings about our stay at this resort. While the beautiful grounds and serene ambiance offered a lovely escape, the high prices paired with the underwhelming dining options and dated rooms left much to be desired. The service was friendly and attentive, which definitely uplifted the experience, but overall, we felt it didn’t quite live up to its luxury label given the cost.
